Design & Build
This is where ideas become reality. Students take a concept—from a sketch on paper to a full digital 3D CAD model—and turn it into a functioning robot through hands-on fabrication. They learn to work with mechanical components, metal, plastic, and 3D printing technologies to build custom parts that meet real-world engineering challenges. Whether it's designing a precise gear ratio or ensuring a strong chassis, this phase blends creativity with physics and problem-solving. The Design & Build team is the physical core of every competition robot.

Programming
Programming transforms our robots from simple machines into intelligent systems capable of thinking and reacting. Members write the code that controls motors, sensors, and vision systems, using languages like Python, C++, and Java. They develop both autonomous and driver-controlled systems, using logic, loops, algorithms, and real-time data feedback. Through testing and debugging, students learn how to refine performance and ensure accuracy. From basic movement to complex autonomous navigation and AI applications, programming is what gives the robot its brain.

Driving & Strategy
Competitive robotics is more than just building a robot — it's about knowing how to use it. Our drive team trains to control the robot with speed, precision, and confidence, even under intense pressure. But beyond piloting, they analyze opponents, adapt strategies in real time, and coordinate teamwork on the field. Drivers, operators, and strategists work together to maximize scoring, defend efficiently, and execute autonomous plans. It's a role that combines quick thinking, calm under stress, and deep knowledge of the game.

Collaboration
Robotics isn't a solo mission. Our team thrives on communication, shared responsibility, and teamwork across every sub-role. Members lead meetings, manage timelines, and coordinate outreach while supporting one another in moments of pressure and challenge. We also engage with sponsors, present to judges, and represent our club in the community, developing essential soft skills like leadership, public speaking, and project management. Collaboration teaches us that success isn't just built with metal and code — it's built with trust and unity.
